The old Command Prompt and PowerShell programs are pretty barebones. For example, there is little to no UI customization, and you cannot create profiles, don’t support rich text experience, and more. However, they are pretty old and lack a lot of features. There is nothing wrong with the old Command Prompt and PowerShell windows.
